Chris Jericho has taken to social media to address what he perceives as “lies” in a cutscene from the AEW: Fight Forever video game.

Brent Ross shared a screenshot from the game on Twitter, featuring Thunder Rosa pushing Chris Jericho in a gym setting. The caption accompanying the screenshot read, “#AEWFightForever @thunderrosa22 pushing @IAmJericho in the gym.”

Upon seeing the screenshot, Jericho quickly noticed one glaring falsehood in the image. In a response to Ross’ tweet, Jericho expressed his discontent, stating, “Such lies! I would never ever wear a #Toronto shirt… @aew.”

The game was released on June 29, 2023, and is available on various gaming platforms, including consoles and Windows. The AEW: Fight Forever video game was developed by Yuke’s and published by THQ Nordic. While the game has garnered attention and excitement from fans, Jericho took issue with the depiction of him wearing a Toronto shirt, which he adamantly denies.
