The Undertaker put his body on the line for the enjoyment of fans and most of them always appreciated that. This commitment has earned him legendary status. Due to his major status in pop culture, it comes as no surprise he was mentioned during Marvel’s ‘Secret Invasion” show.
The Deadman was a fixture of WWE television for over thirty years, and he continued to be a highlight of WWE television since the early 90s. He finally retired at Survivor Series 2020 and even got inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame last year.
On the latest episode of “Secret Invasion” on Disney+, the character War Machine, portrayed by Don Cheadle says that he fired Nick Fury, portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson, saying, “I fired Fury, okay? No, I’m sorry, correction, I DDT’d that dude from the top rope. Yeah, it was like Undertaker level. It was really impressive.”
This would confirm that The Undertaker has transcended professional wrestling and is now officially canon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a celebrity. This is nothing surprising considering someone of The Undertaker’s stature.
