Spoiler On WWE’s Plan For NXT Women’s Title Match At Great American Bash

WWE has a lot of plans in motion for their NXT brand. The Great American Bash is coming on July 30, 2023, at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park in Cedar Park, Texas. That show should be a big one, and we already know the NXT Title match, but now we know who will have the top match on the women’s side.

Thea Hale almost won the NXT Title from Tiffany Stratton a couple of weeks ago at NXT Gold Rush. That story is not over by a long shot. On this week’s episode of NXT, it was very clear that Thea Hale wants a rematch.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer explained that NXT is planning for Thea Hale to get another shot at Tiffany Stratton’s title at the Great American Bash.

Thea Hale and Stratton I think is going to be at the Great American Bash.

Thea Hale entered NXT after she had just graduated from high school. This gave her a seamless transition into becoming a member of the Chase U faction on NXT.

it was previously announced that Ilja Dragunov vs. Carmelo Hayes will go down for the NXT Title at the Great American Bash. Also, Wes Lee will defend that NXT North American Title against Mustafa Ali.

Only time will tell what is next for Thea Hale. She has a ton of potential, and the company certainly realizes how well she does in certain demographics. Now, we will have to see if her short journey in NXT so far will grant her a title run.
