Raquel Rodriguez has been a mainstay of the WWE Women’s division for a long time now, as fans have certainly warmed up to her now. That being said, it appears she was called out for having zero character development in WWE.

Raquel Rodriguez joined Vince McMahon’s company back in 2016. She won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Title two times and the NXT Women’s Championship before making her main roster debut last year.

She has since held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship three times alongside Aliyah and Liv Morgan. That said, fans aren’t sure what to feel about her character in the company.

While speaking on a recent episode of Keepin’ It 100, Konann claimed that the company failed to explain Rodriguez’s gimmick. He called out the company for giving her zero character development.

“Raquel’s been there a while with almost zero character development. I’ve always said it, what’s her gimmick? Okay, she’s a big powerful girl but what’s her gimmick? I don’t understand nothing about her. They haven’t done a real good job explaining her. At least Liv they tried to explain that she’s crazy and she’s, you know, like a badass, which I don’t buy either.”

Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan are currently the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions after winning the titles at WWE Money In The Bank. We’ll have to wait and see whether Raquel Rodriguez will eventually get more character in WWE.
