What Really Happened During Backstage Altercation At WWE RAW This Week

WWE presented quite a show on RAW this week, and there was a bit of drama backstage. Now, we know what really happened.

In the main event of the July 10th episode of WWE Raw, Judgment Day faced off against Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Seth Rollins. While the match ended with Judgment Day emerging victorious, the post-match events have garnered significant attention.

According to PW Insider, there was a backstage altercation among the participants of the match, although it was strictly verbal and did not escalate to physical violence. However, individuals we have spoken to since then have downplayed the incident, suggesting that it was not a major cause for concern.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that things didn’t get physical at all backstage. That being said, there was some words spoken between the people involved.

Sources close to the situation say there was a talk that was more of a difference of We’re told Kevin Owens actually left almost immediately following the match, as he had prior obligations. Rollins got cracked pretty hard during the match, but haven’t heard anything else out of the ordinary aside from frustration over how the match went. 

It was also noted that, “No b-RAW-l Out situation this week.” So, you shouldn’t believe all the reports that things came to blows backstage.
