Cody Rhodes Says Wrestlers & Their Families Need To Make Sacrifices For WWE’s Daunting Schedule

Cody Rhodes is one of the biggest Superstars in WWE right now and he has worked hard to maintain his popularity in Vince McMahon’s company. He knows the hardships a pro wrestler faces in this industry and it appears Rhodes opened up about the gruelling WWE schedule recently.

The American Nightmare competes regularly on Monday Night RAW. Apart from that, he also competes in house shows and sometimes has dark matches on Friday Night SmackDown.

While speaking on ESPN Radio, Cody Rhodes stated that the WWE schedule can be daunting. Rhodes also noted that wrestlers and their families need to make a lot of sacrifices for WWE’s schedule.

“The schedule can be very daunting. It’s a gig that you have to really, really love and your family too. You, if you’re someone who has a family like myself, my wife, and my daughter, that love has to, everyone has to know about passion and sacrifice. I am very lucky in the sense that I have my own tour bus, and that’s where I’m comfortable right now.”

Cody Rhodes challenged Brock Lesnar to a match at SummerSlam on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW. We’ll have to wait and see how WWE will book their feud in the coming weeks.
