MJF Claims He Can’t Compete On AEW Dynamite Due To Sickness

MJF considers himself a generational talent, and he clearly has many ways to back up his claims. Maxwell is now the AEW World Champion and that further raises his stock every single week. MJF is tag partners with Adam Cole and has been trying to be very chummy with him. Now it appears MJF can’t compete on Dynamite next week due to sickness.

Adam Cole and MJF had a stellar match a few weeks ago on AEW Dynamite. Instead of getting a rematch, AEW decided best that they would become tag team partners for the blind tag team tournament.

After initial hesitation from MJF, he has gone all out in order to become a friend of Adam Cole over the past few weeks. In fact, MJF took it to the next level as he recently invaded one of Adam Cole’s Twitch streams.

MJF took to Twitter and claimed that he will not be able to compete on AEW Dynamite this week because he is violently ill and wants to leave Adam Cole to fend for himself against Big Bill and Brian Cage.

Hey got some bad news. Was sooooooooo excited to wrestle Big Bill and Cage this week. Unfortunately I’ve come down with something and I’m violently ill. I wish my tag partner and close friend Adam all the best. Pray for me and my health.

We will have to wait and see whether MJF will actually make it in time for the tournament, as it is also likely he could be bluffing to just get away from the match.
