Ronda Rousey returned during the 2022 Royal Rumble event after a nearly three-year absence from WWE. While she won the Smackdown Women’s Championship twice since her return, she never managed to connect with fans. She was betrayed by Shayna Baszler at the WWE Money In The Bank Premium Live Event and now it appears Rousey claimed the match was cut short three times.
Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler squared off against Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn in a women’s tag team title unification match. When all was said and done, it was Rousey and Baszler who stood tall and won the match, thus becoming the unified champions.
They would then defend their titles against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez at the Money In The Bank Premium Live Event. However, Baszler attacked Ronda Rousey in the final moments of the match, leading to Raquel and Morgan capitalising to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles back.
Ronda Rousey took to her Instagram and expressed her disappointment as she claimed her match has been cut short thrice at the Money in the Bank premium live event. Rousey then added that she still put on a banger of a match.
