Roman Reigns and his family have created some magic moments in WWE over the past couple of years. The Bloodline is still going strong, and their storyline still dominates WWE television. That being said, it’s a bit of a shock for some that WWE hasn’t dropped the idea yet.

During a recent appearance on The Wrestling Outlaws, former WWE star EC3 shared his thoughts on the longevity of The Bloodline angle in the company. Their story, which began in 2020 when Roman Reigns captured the Universal Championship, has evolved over time with the addition of The Usos and Solo Sikoa, solidifying it as one of the most dominant factions in WWE history.

EC3 expressed his surprise at the fact that this storyline is still going, which has spanned nearly three years. He acknowledged that in an industry where angles often fizzle out within three to six months, WWE’s commitment to building and sustaining The Bloodline narrative is impressive.

“Every angle is a three to six-month kinda thing and this has been three years. So, I’m just shocked that they committed to something and it’s worked because they’re absolutely horrible at everything else. Like the rest is just garbage. Hot, hot, p*e garbage water.”

As the chapter of The Bloodline continues to unfold, it flexes long-term storytelling in the company. EC3’s remarks highlight the significance of this accomplishment and the impact it has had on the wrestling landscape. After all, it’s been a very long time since WWE booked something like this.

The Bloodline’s narrative has not been without its share of twists and turns, including the departure of Sami Zayn and later Jimmy and Jey from the stable. Now, it has reached a point where Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa are set to face their former brothers in a tag team match at Money in the Bank.

We will have to see what’s next for the Bloodline. If anything, we are still in the middle of this historic program. Are you surprised it’s still going on? Sound off in the comments!
