LA Knight made a significant impression after his debut at NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day on February 14th, 2021. After the beginning stages of his main roster run, fans were concerned he was doomed for failure. Thankfully, LA Knight would get his old gimmick back and has been impressing everyone with his talents once again. Now it appears that there is fear Vince McMahon might end up rejecting LA Knight’s push.
The former NXT Superstars is touted as one of the best promo workers in the company and he has given people ample examples to firmly believe in that claim. LA Knight continues to win over fans with his performance every week.
LA Knight has managed to keep himself over despite being put into very awkward booking situations. It is very evident that LA Knight is one of the most popular WWE Superstars right now as he gets incredibly loud reactions every week.
LA Knight will also compete in the Money In The Bank ladder match at the event on July 1st, where fans want to see him win the briefcase. While speaking on Wrestling With Freddie, former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. expressed his fear that Vince McMahon might end up rejecting LA Knight’s push, which wouldn’t be surprising.
“Here’s what’s creepy is that your fear — it’s not that I think this — I know for a fact that your fear is one-hundred percent warranted because I’ve seen Vince know what the crowd wants and then not give it to them on purpose and laugh about it.”
John Cena also recently showed love to LA Knight. We will have to wait and see whether LA Knight will end up winning the Money In The Bank ladder match, as fans want to see him become a champion soon.
What’s your view on what Freddie Prinze Jr. said? Should WWE push LA Knight to the moon? Let us know in the comments!
