WWE has some big plans for their NXT brand, and it appears that their trend of bringing main roster talent to the developmental territory will not end any time soon. The NXT Tag Team division is now preparing to get some love on the main roster.

It appears highly likely that a former NXT Tag Team Championship duo is set to make their way to the WWE main roster. This could bring nice exposure for the NXT brand on the main roster, but it will also likely remove two huge Superstars from NXT.

WWE taped next week’s NXT at the WWE Performance Center. This decision was likely made to allow talent and staff to enjoy the Fourth of July holiday week off instead of working a live show.

During the taping for next week’s episode, significant news emerged that may contain spoilers for those who wish to avoid them.

On last night’s show, it was revealed that a “Losers Leave NXT” tag team match between the Dyad and the Creed Brothers is scheduled for next week. Many speculated that this match would serve as WWE’s means of writing off the Dyad from television, considering their contracts are set to expire in a couple of months.

The Dyad had previously requested their release earlier this year, and after it was not granted, they took to Twitter to announce their departure from WWE and stated that they would become free agents in mid-October.

The Dyad managed to secure a victory over the Creed Brothers, resulting in Julius and Brutus Creed being the ones leaving NXT. Unless there are unforeseen and unexpected changes, it seems that the Creed Brothers won’t be departing from WWE in the near future. Instead, this outcome suggests their transition from NXT to either Raw or SmackDown.

We will have to see how this situation pans out, but it appears that the Creed Brothers, who have been ready for the main roster for a while, might be on their way up, despite not getting called-up during the 2023 WWE Draft.

The Creed Brothers made a lot of noise in NXT, but who will be the breakout star on the main roster? Sound off in the comments!
