The team of Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins established themselves as one of the top teams in all of WWE. The Street Profits gained a fandom thanks to their great in-ring skills. It appears that Vince McMahon also made the team strive to be better.

The Street Profits have been a staple of the WWE tag division ever since they were called up to the main roster in 2019. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have won titles in all three WWE brands so far as well.

Before Vince McMahon’s temporary retirement, The Street Profits were regularly featured on WWE television and given a lot of focus. While speaking on the Highlydishfunctional Show, Angelo Dawkins was asked about working with Vince McMahon.

Angelo Dawkins made it clear that it is simply a joy to be working under Vince McMahon and claimed that the Executive Chairman of WWE pushes the team to be better than ever.

“He was awesome. He was awesome. He always pushed us to do better and stuff like that. He just wanted us to succeed. If he felt like we weren’t doing our best, he would let us know. That’s what any coach, anybody that is your boss, if they don’t see you giving your best, they push you to be your best at any and everything, in every situation. It’s awesome to be around and work with somebody of that magnitude. He just has his eye on the prize each and every time. He always sees the big picture and he’s been a guide since being able to work with him.”

The Street Profits squared off against Pretty Deadly on last week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown. However, they were not able to win the match. We’ll have to see what’s next in store for The Street Profits.

What’s your view on what Angelo Dawkins said? Do you think The Street Profits will get pushed again soon? Let us know in the comments!
