In a previous episode of Dynamite, CM Punk, along with FTR and Ricky Starks, came to the aid of the Hardy Boyz as they were being attacked by Bullet Club Gold and The Gunn Club. The arrival of Punk and his allies caused the heels to retreat.

CM Punk took the opportunity to challenge the opposing team to an 8-man tag team match, which was officially scheduled for the current episode of Collision.

As the show took place in Canada, Punk received a mixed reaction from the crowd. Embracing the response, the Second City Savior imitated Hollywood Hulk Hogan. We will have to see what CM Punk does next. It appears that he doesn’t mind getting under fans’ skin, especially if they are going to boo him anyway.
