Charlotte Flair Trolls Her Father Ric Flair After Lacey Evans Match

Charlotte Flair’s booking in WWE is always a controversial topic as she is always involved in the main event scene no matter what and constantly wins titles, which fans other talent deserve more than ever. That said, Flair decided to troll her father Ric Flair after her match with Lacey Evans on Smackdown.

As seen on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Charlotte Flair faced off against Lacey Evans in a one-sided match, as Flair quickly defeated Lacey Evans and picked up the win. She was then attacked by Asuka right after the match ended.

While speaking to WWE correspondent Megan Morant after Smackdown, Charlotte Flair talked about her match with Lacey Evans and said that her father Ric Flair must have enjoyed the match, trolling him in the process.

This is because she was referencing a storyline from back in 2021 when Ric Flair and Lacey Evans were involved in a romantic storyline. However, it was scrapped after Lacey Evans got pregnant.

“Well, I wanna go back to Lacey first. I know my dad enjoyed that match (winks). Definitely left him at home.”

Asuka will defend her Women’s Title against Charlotte Flair on Smackdown next week, so we’ll have to see whether Flair will end up winning the title just before Money In The Bank.
