CM Punk is known to take things to court, and it seems that he is threatening legal action once again. This time, he is directing the target of his legal aggression at controversial pro wrestling personality Billi Bhatti.

CM Punk recently made his return to AEW television as apart of Collision. Many fans are watching closely at this point, and now Billi Bhatti is dealing with a legal threat on top of that.

During the latest episode of the Dirty Sheets, Billi Bhatti explained why CM Punk is suing him. This is all over a tweet with a satirical meme and a t-shirt. Of course, that meme and t-shirt alludes to the idea that CM Punk is a pedophile.

“I recently received a letter letting me know that CM Punk, Phill Brooks, intended to sue me. So he’s using me on the grounds of mainly a tweet and responses to said tweet and a satirical meme I posted but it insinuates that I created the meme and selling the t-shirts that are being sold on the internet. There are actually t-shirts being sold for this. I did not create the meme. I did not sell the t-shirt.”

CM Punk and WWE’s legal battles were famous, and Punk later sued Colt Cabana as well. Needless to say, it’s not hard to imagine that Punk has his legal team on standby, just in case he needs them. Billi Bhatti doesn’t seem too shaken up about this, but he might need to take it seriously.

CM Punk has not publicly commented on this story. We will have to see if he has anything to say, especially through his Instagram stories, where he often posts his own 2 cents.

This is a new story, and there is still a lot of information that could come out. In the meantime, keep checking back with Ringside News for more.
