WWE Talent’s Frustration Over Changes Is Becoming Sad Trend Before WWE Television Shows

Triple H is Chief Content Officer for WWE, but the fact is that Vince McMahon is making a ton of changes. This is beginning to be a problem.

We previously reported that WWE SmackDown went through a ton of changes this week. Vince McMahon was behind those alterations, and some talent are upset.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that, “most of the WWE Smackdown script was changed ahead of the show on Friday, June 23rd.” In fact, this has been a trend, because talent were upset before RAW this week as well.

One talent even asked — “Did Smackdown get Vinced?” Many of the matches that had been promoted ahead of the episode of Smackdown were adjusted and cut, and there were significant changes to the version of the show that existed Friday morning.

It was also reported that the outlet, “can confirm WRKD Wrestling’s recent tweets that several talent were frustrated by all of the changes. This was the case for the start of WWE Raw the prior Monday, as well.”

There is a lot more to unpack in this situation. Obviously, Vince McMahon’s changes have been noticed in a big way.
