Miro Admits He Doesn’t Have Any Creative Pull In AEW

Miro went to AEW for better opportunities for himself and that happened for a while when he became the TNT Champion. That went up in flames after he dropped the title as a series of injuries halted his momentum. While Miro is now back in AEW, it appears he admitted that he doesn’t have any pull in the company.

Miro had not been seen in AEW since All Out, and he didn’t even compete on Dynamite for several months. This was a huge cause of concern for many fans, as they felt Miro was simply being wasted entirely in the company and deserves better.

That all changed during the debut episode of AEW Collision, as Miro made quick work of Tony Nese. That said, fans have been wondering whether Miro has any creative pull in the company.

While speaking to Good Karma Wrestling, Miro talked about his current status in AEW. Miro revealed that he does not have any creative pull in the company and simply faces whomever Tony Khan wants him to face.

“I don’t have that pull. I just show up, I beat people, whatever they tell me. I write my promos, I deliver my promos and everything else is up to him (Tony Khan), to the man who sits on top of that chair.

I’m not that guy that, ‘Oh, I want to work with this guy or with this guy or with that guy’, no man, just give me the best, I’ll take them all. It’s not just about who you’re fighting, it’s about the story, how you get there.

Let’s get there in a way that people are going to be intrigued by it, and then let’s have a good match after. But I’m interested in the storytelling as well.”

We will have to wait and see when Miro will be able to win a title again in AEW, as fans would love to see The Redeemer with some gold once again. After all, they just want Miro to be successful again.
