Liv Morgan means a lot to WWE fans as a babyface, and she is also beloved backstage. It seems that one person in particular has a lot to thank Liv Morgan for.

Kevin Patrick, a WWE announcer, has expressed his deep gratitude towards Liv Morgan for her contribution to his employment with the company.

Kevin Patrick joined WWE in 2021, initially taking on the role of a backstage interviewer. In October 2022, WWE went through a commentary team reshuffle, and he transitioned to becoming a commentator for Raw. In light of these career advancements, Patrick openly acknowledges Liv Morgan’s involvement in his hiring process, acknowledging the role she played in his professional journey.

While speaking on the Out of Character podcast, Kevin Patrick recalled receiving a call regarding a potential WWE audition, which he chose to attend. It was during that interview and audition that Liv Morgan really helped him out.

“I’m shaving one day. I’m getting ready to go on CNN International. Half my face is full of shaving foam, and I get a phone call (from) a gentleman asking (if I would) be interested in auditioning, because they’re headhunting for broadcast positions.

“I did some play-by-play, I did some walk and talks. I did some interviews with some superstars. It was Liv Morgan at the time, back then.

“Again, eternally grateful for Liv, who just played along with everything I was doing in those moments and was so cool.”

Liv Morgan hasn’t wrestled since the May 12th episode of SmackDown. She teamed with Raquel Rodriguez to defend their Women’s Tag Team Championship against Bayley & Dakota Kai. Sadly, both Morgan and Kai were injured during that match.

We will have to see what’s next for Liv Morgan and Kevin Patrick. Hopefully, they both have years left in WWE, where they can continue working at such a high level.
