WWE has worked with several celebrities for decades now, but only a select few truly shone in their respective roles. This includes Cyndi Lauper and now it appears she doesn’t rule out working with WWE again.

Lauper is known for her incredibly iconic songs. She has one of the most recognizable hit singles Girls Just Want to Have Fun. Her connection with WWE began when she invited legendary wrestler Lou Albano to be featured as her father in her music video.

Cyndi Lauper was also instrumental in the success of WrestleMania 1. She even took part in her own storyline in WWE. While speaking on the recent episode of The Bump, Lauper was interviewed on the red carpet at the Tribeca Film Festival in Lower Manhattan. She was asked if she would work with WWE again, to which Lauper made it clear she doesn’t rule out working with WWE again.

“I don’t know, you know? I always had the look. You never know.”

Lauper famously managed Wendi Richter in her match against Lelani Kai at WrestleMania I, which is credited with launching WWE to mainstream success. We will have to wait and see if she will work with WWE again somewhere down the line.
