Why Johnny Gargano Wasn’t Booked For WWE RAW In Cleveland

WWE realizes, for the most part, who fans in each city want to see. Cleveland got a big episode of WWE RAW this week, but Johnny Gargano wasn’t on the show. That being said, WWE had a reason for this.

Tommaso Ciampa made his big return on WWE RAW this week. Many fans thought this was a great surprise to see Ciampa come out and beat The Miz, ending their previous union, but they still wanted to see Johnny Gargano.

A fan asked BWE why Johnny Gargano wasn’t seen in Cleveland for WWE RAW this week. After all, his presence was expected on the show to pop those hometown fans.

The bona fide WWE insider replied to say that Johnny Gargano would have been “too predictable” if he shows up on WWE RAW this week. So, they held Gargano’s return for another night.

We will have to see what’s in the pipeline for Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano. Now that Ciampa is back, it’s only a matter of time before he runs into Johnny Wrestling. After all, the backstage area for RAW is only so big.

It was also noted that Johnny Gargano’s push on television will start after Money in the Bank. So, WWE does have a plan in place for Johnny Wrestling.
