Ryback’s reputation continues to plummet since his WWE release and he has nobody to blame but himself for this. That said, Ryback continues to toot his own horn and it appears he is now convinced a match with Goldberg will set an all-time high record in merchandise sales.

WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg remains a free agent after his WWE contract expired. Ringside News exclusively reported that Goldberg is unhappy about the status of his retirement match. It was also reported that Goldberg’s retirement match is not a concern for WWE.

Ryback announced that he is set to return to the ring after a long hiatus. Due to this, Ryback previously called out Goldberg for a retirement match. He doubled down on his desire to face the WWE Hall Of Famer as well.

The Big Guy took to Twitter and made yet another claim about a potential match with Goldberg. Ryback claimed that the match will set an all-time high record in merchandise sales.

I don’t mean to keep harping on this, but the money involved in #RybackVSGoldberg in action figures and merch alone will set all time record highs in the business. Let The Big Guy Cook!

AEW President Tony Khan also confirmed he has talked to Goldberg recently. Dutch Mantell also believes no one wants to see Ryback vs Goldberg. Regardless, we’ll have to see if the match ever takes place.

What’s your view on what Ryback said? Do you think Goldberg will accept it? Let us know in the comments below!
