Former ROH World Champion Rush signed a contract with AEW after various appearances last year. Since then, he has proven to be a solid addition to Tony Khan’s company. That said, it appears Rush welcomed a baby girl into the world.
As previously reported, Rush announced that both he and his father had quit working for AAA and are back to being independents. In fact, he put AAA in a very difficult situation due to his decision.
AAA is clearly not his immediate concern now as Rush took to Twitter and officially announced the birth of his daughter, which was on Father’s Day.
HE BEST GIFT THAT GOD AND MY WIFE HAVE GIVEN TO ME ON THIS DAY, THANK GOD FOR GIVING ME THE HAPPINESS OF BECOMING A FATHER AGAIN BUT NOW OF A BEAUTIFUL PRINCESS.
Rush last appeared on the May 26 episode of AEW Rampage, where he teamed with Dralistico and Preston Vance, and they lost to Acclaimed and Billy Gunn. Regardless, we would like to congratulate Rush on this immensely happy occasion.
