Lance Archer Says CM Punk Won’t Approve Match With Him

AEW has a lot in store for CM Punk, if he is willing to do business. It seems that one star is now calling out the Second City Savior for not approving a match with him.

During his big AEW return on Collision, CM Punk said, “I am sorry…. That the only people softer than you are the wrestlers you like.” That ruffled a few feathers, and it caused Lance Archer to speak out.

I’m not. But he won’t fight me and #AEW won’t put me in the ring w him.

The Young Bucks also clapped back at CM Punk’s promo on Collision. It seems that they certainly noticed that line about a “counterfeit buck.”

We’ll have to see who steps up to face CM Punk, but it’s likely to happen only on Collision. That’s not to say a Dynamite appearance is off the table, but it’s clear that their Saturday night show is built around him.
