Tonight promises to be another exciting night of action as we get to witness the debut of AEW Collision. CM Punk will be making his return tonight and will team with FTR to take on Samoa Joe, Jay White, and Juice Robinson. Miro will also be back in action tonight. The complete match card is as follows:

AEW Collision Opener:

The opening package for the show airs. The commentators welcome the audience to the show.

CM Punk’s music hit and he walks out to the ring. He gets on the mic and says he is tired of being nice. He says he was gone ten months with a ruptured tendon but he’s still here and as long as he is here this is the professional wrestling business.

He says tonight they are going to talk about his future but first he wants to talk about his past. He says his 15-year-old self wouldn’t have believed he could sell out every arena in Chicago. He says he got to this place by riding the backs of smart passionate wrestling fans. He says he is himself and he couldn’t do this without the fans.

He says there are some people that hate him for the same reasons the fans love him. He says he understands his presence makes people uncomfortable because he is the truth. He says the fans can call him whatever they want.

He then says the king is back and he has a lot of things to get off his chest. He asks the fans why would he change. He says he will always be himself, he will never compromise. He then says there are some people who think he owes them an apology. He says if they feel they are owed an apology, then he is sorry that the only people softer than them are the wrestlers they like.

He says the last time they saw him, he held the AEW title over his head and he earned it. He then says this belongs to him until someone can pin him or submit him for it. He says there were some people who wanted him to retire but until there is someone in this company who can fill his boots, they belong to him.

TNT Championship: Wardlow (c) vs. Luchasaurus

Christian Cage’s music plays and he comes out. Luchasaurus’ theme song plays and he joins him and they walk out to the ring. Wardlow’s music hit and he makes his way to the ring.

The match begins and Wardlow hits a dropkick sending Luchasaurus out of the ring. Wardlow slams him on the apron and chases Christian. Wardlow sends Luchasaurus into the ring. Christian distracts Wardlow allowing Luchasaurus to knock him down from the apron.

Luchasaurus sends Wardlow into the steel steps. He sends Wardlow into the ring. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Luchasaurus attacks him in the corner and kicks him in the face. He bodyslams Wardlow and goes to work on him.

Luchasaurus slams Wardlow. Cover! 1….2….kick out. He goes back to work on Wardlow. He fights back and hits an electric chair on Luchasaurus. Wardlow hits a couple of clotheslines and attacks him in the corner. Wardlow hits a spinebuster. Wardlow climbs the top rope but is topped by Luchasaurus who chokeslams him from the top. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Luchasaurus goes for a chokeslam but Wardlow bites his fingers. Both men exchange strikes. Wardlow hits the clothesline. Wardlow hits a powerbomb. He goes for it again but Luchasaurus hits a chokeslam instead. Cover! 1…2..kick out.

Wardlow with a powerslam. He then hits a Swanton bomb on Luchasaurus. Christian attacks Wardlow with the camera while the referee is distracted and Luchasaurus knocks him down with a clothesline and gets the pinfall.

Winner: Luchasaurus (c)

Lexi interviews Powerhouse Hobbs and QT Marshall. QT says he said Powerhouse would be here and he is here. He says Hobbs will win the Owen Hart tournament. Hobbs says he is the face of TNT and he says there is a new story in the book of Hobbs and it’s about redemption and he is going to take what’s his.

Buddy Matthews vs. Andrade El Idolo

Buddy Matthews’ music hit and he walks to the ring with Julia Hart. Andrade’s music plays next and he walks out to the ring.

The match starts and Andrade knocks down Buddy. Buddy sent outside. Julia distracts Andrade who hits a moonsault on Buddy. Buddy sends him into the post and over the barricade.

Andrade hits a hurricanrana on Buddy sending him into the barricade. He sends Buddy into the ring. Buddy knocks him off the apron and sends him into the ring. he then hits the meteora on Andrade.

Both men seem hurt and the medical staff enter the ring to check on them. The match continues and both men exchange strikes. Andrade knocks him down. Buddy fights back and attacks the injured arm. Buddy sends Andrade into the barricade.

Buddy kicks Andrade in the face. Andrade with a dragon screw. He does it again. He hits a flying clothesline. Andrade hits a double moonsault. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Buddy hits a hanging DDT on Andrade. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Buddy climbs the top rope but is stopped. Buddy goes for a sunset flip powerbomb but his leg gave out. Buddy recovers and superkicks him. He goes for a powerbomb but his leg gave out again. Andrade hit a back elbow. Buddy comes back with a running boot. Cover! 1…2…kick out.

Buddy tries to lock in a submission hold but is sent into the turnbuckle. Andrade locks in a figure four leg lock. He transitions into a figure eight and Buddy taps out.

Winner: Andrade El Idolo

Andrade checks on Buddy but he shoves him. Andrade offers his arm for a handshake but the lights go out. The lights come back on and House of Black is in the ring. Brody King hits a clothesline on Andrade.

Tony Nese is in the ring. He starts by insulting the crowd for being fat. He says he is shutting Collision down and they are going to do group training. He asks the crowd to stand up and bend over and touch their toes.

Miro vs. Tony Nese

Miro’s music plays and he comes down to the ring.

The match starts and Nese runs out of the ring. Miro chases him. They get back in the ring and Miro attacks him in the corner. He hits Miro multiple times on the apron. Nese uses the ropes to attack Miro. He goes for a dive but Miro catches him and hits the fallaway slam.

Mark Sterling distracts Miro and Nese kicks him but it has no effect. Miro plants Nese. Miro kicks Nese in the face. He then locks in the camel clutch and Nese taps out.

Winner: Miro

Skye Blue and Willow Nightingale vs. The Outcasts (Toni Storm and Ruby Soho)

The Outcasts’ theme song plays and they come out to the ring. Willow Nightingale’s music hit and she comes down to the ring. Skye Blue’s theme song plays and she comes down to the ring.

The Outcasts attack them before the match begins. Storm hits a suplex on Skye. Willow sends Soho into the barricade. The match starts and Willow attacks Soho in the corner. Willow hits a clothesline.

Soho plants Willow and attacks her. Soho tags out and they choke Willow in the corner. Storm goes to work on Nightingale. Storm tags out and Soho attacks her in the corner. Soho with a back elbow on Willow. Cover! 1….2….kick out.

Soho tags out and Storm Willow her in the corner. She tags out and Soho continues the assault. Willow fights back with a clothesline. Both women tag out. Skye attacks Storm and hits a hurricanrana. She hits a step-up knee and an enzuigiri. She hits a cross body on Storm. Cover! 1…2…Soho makes the save.

Storm locks in the Texas cloverleaf. Skye gets to the ropes. Skye tags out and Willow hits the Olympic slam. Skye tags in and Storm hits the hip attack on Skye in the corner. She tags out. Willow takes the spray paint from Storm and plants her. Skye hits the code blue for the win.

Winner: Skye Blue & Willow Nightingale

Ricky Starks announces that he will take part in the Owen Hart tournament.

Tony Schiavone is in the ring and he introduces The Acclaimed. The Acclaimed’s music hit and they come out with Max rapping their song.

Billy says this is a special night that he got a new outfit. He says the past weeks have been a strain on him but the trios titles are not out of the picture. Bowens says he is going to stick around for Dynamite this week. He says he wants to make history with the first-ever Collision scissor. He says they will scissor now because in Chicago everyone loves the scissor. They all scissor in the ring.

Samoa Joe, Jay White & Juice Robinson vs. FTR & CM Punk

Bullet Club Gold’s music plays and they come out to the ring. Samoa Joe’s theme song plays and walks to the ring. FTR’s music plays and they come out. CM Punk’s music hit and he joins them and they walk out to the ring.

The match starts with Dax and Jay White. Jay attacks Dax in the corner. Dax reverses and attacks Jay in the corner. He then hits a backdrop. He attacks Jay in the corner with a clothesline. Jay rolls out of the ring. Jay tags out.

Juice attacks Dax in the corner. Dax fights back with multiple chops. Cash tags in and he attacks Juice and Jay. Cash attacks Juice in the corner. Juice recovers and bodyslams Cash.

Juice knocks down Cash who recovers and hits a gorilla press slam. He tags out and Punk goes for GTS but Juice escapes. Joe tags in. Joe attacks Punk in the corner. Punk with a snapmare and a kick. He then hits a knee drop.

Punk tags out and Dax goes to work on Joe’s arm. Both men exchange chops. Joe hits a clothesline. He tags out and Jay White goes to work on Dax. He slams Dax’s face into the turnbuckle.

He tags out and Juice attacks Dax in the corner. Juice tags out. Joe punches Dax multiple times. Joe tags out and Jay attacks Dax. He tags out Juice with an axe handle on Dax. He goes for a suplex but Dax counters into the German suplex.

He tags out and Cash attacks Juice in the corner. He slams Juice to the mat. Cash tags out and CM Punk hits an elbow drop off the top rope. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Punk with a backbreaker. He tags out and Cash hits a leg drop.

Juice rolls out of the ring. Cash with a baseball slide on Robinson. Juice sends Cash into the barricade. Jay sends Cash into the barricade. Jay sends Cash into the ring. Juice tags out and Joe goes to work on Cash.

Joe tags out to Jay White who locks in a single-leg Boston crab. Cash gets to the rope. Jay tags out to Juice who hits a senton. Cover! 1…2…kick out. Juice with a back suplex. Juice tags out to Joe. Joe kicks Cash. Cover! 1…2..Punk makes the save. Joe tags out and Jay attacks Cash in the corner.

Jay tags out but Cash hits a back suplex on Juice who tags out. Cash tags out and Punk attacks Jay and Juice with bodyslams. He hits a dropkick on jay and a neckbreaker on Juice. He hits neckbreaker on Jay. He then hits the step-up knee and bulldog lariat combo on Jay and Juice.

Punk goes for the GTS but Jay escapes by gauging the eyes. Punk recovers and hits a roundhouse kick. He then climbs the top rope but is stopped by Robinson. Jay White hits the urinagi. Cover! 1…2….kick out. White goes for the Bladerunner but Punk escapes and hits a clothesline. He tags out and Dax sets Jay on the top rope. Punk tags in. Dax hits the superplex and Cash dives onto White. Punk hits the elbow drop on White. Cover! 1…2…Juice makes the save.

White tags out and Joe attacks Punk. Both men exchange strikes. Both teams come in and brawl. Punk hits a step-up knee and goes for the GTS but Joe locks in the Coquina clutch. Dax breaks the hold.

Juice tags in. FTR hit the shatter machine and CM Punk follows it with the GTS for the win.
