Sting shocked the world when he made his debut in AEW back in December 2020. Since then, he has been featured heavily on AEW television, being paired up with Darby Allin. He had a confrontation with Chris Jericho on Dynamite this week and now he sent a message to Jericho.
Despite being over 60, Sting certainly has been competing at an unexpectedly high level, and that has certainly impressed fans and pro wrestlers alike. He has also taken part in cinematic matches and various other matches in the past.
As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara and Chris Jericho were involved in a promo segment. Eventually, Sting came out and had a confrontation with Le Champion.
This was a major thing for many fans, who wanted to see the two WCW legends duke it out. Sting took to Twitter and commented on their confrontation, admitting that he regretted not having more time with Jericho.

We will have to wait and see how AEW will book Sting and Chris Jericho’s feud in the coming weeks, as this is certainly a dream come true for many fans who wanted to see them square off against each other one day.
