Reason Why WWE Brought Humberto Carrillo & Angel Garza Back To NXT

WWE fans were surprised to see Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza return to NXT this week. That return came after a long stint of not being used on the WWE main roster.

Ringside News reached out to a tenured member of the WWE creative team to ask about Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza’s situation with WWE, especially about how their names were regarded after not being included in the 2023 WWE Draft.

We were told that, “their names are not discarded on the main roster, just nothing they fit into at the moment.” Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo are now going to be featured in NXT.

Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza are now back in NXT, and they made that very clear. WWE also dropped social media posts to boast the fact that the WWE Superstars are now back in NXT and their time on the main roster is done for now.

We will have to see if his new run in NXT for Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo revitalizes their careers in Vince McMahon’s company. They seem to have a bit more momentum now than they had on the main roster.
