Randy Orton has accomplished a lot of things during his 21-year run with the WWE. The Apex Predator remains one of the most loved and well-respected pro wrestlers in the world. Now it appears that a graduating student took inspiration from The Viper and hit an RKO on his friend.
Randy Orton has established himself as one of the most influential in-ring competitors in the business and it’s not really hard to see why. After all, quite a few people look up to him in a big way.
His finishing move, the RKO, remains one of the most popular and devastating moves in pro wrestling. Over the years, fans and pro wrestlers alike have often imitated The Viper’s move.
As revealed by a viral clip that has made its way onto social media lately, a graduating student could be seen delivering an RKO to his friend and then immediately pinned him, while a fellow student did the three count. All of this took place during the graduation ceremony.
This was a great moment and just goes to see how Orton is still remembered by many. Ringside News exclusively reported that Randy Orton’s return to the squared circle is planned, but it won’t happen this Summer. We’ll have to see when The Apex Predator will return to the ring.
