CM Punk is set to make his AEW return on June 17th’s premiere episode of AEW Collision. That being said, news on the way about CM Punk might not be stellar.

Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE doesn’t care about CM Punk’s AEW return. We were told that, “no one really cares” about the AEW and CM Punk situation within WWE. In fact, we were explicitly told that, “Punk is a disaster, and Tony has injured his own company in so many ways by bringing him back.”

Wade Keller spoke about CM Punk on his PWTorchVIP.com audio show. He didn’t provide any vital details, but Keller made it very clear that something else is coming that AEW might not appreciate being made public.

“I am under the impression between now and Saturday, there’s going to be something that comes out that media wise that is not gonna help matters, probably. I don’t mean to be cryptic but I haven’t heard the details or seen enough to say much but yea, I just don’t know. I just think it’s gonna be one of those weeks, I’ll put it that way…From what I’m hearing behind the scenes in AEW, it’s just gonna be one of those weeks.”
