WWE is set to introduce a new tag team to its television programming in the near future, as the company continues to bring in fresh talent.
Following the WWE Draft, which saw 18 NXT stars move to the main roster, the brand has been revitalized with a mix of established main roster wrestlers and new trainees from the Performance Center.
During the latest episode of NXT on June 13, Mustafa Ali, Baron Corbin, Dana Brooke, and Los Lotharios were all present, and it was announced that WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will appear on next week’s show.
However, the episode also featured a video teasing the upcoming television debut of the tag team Bronco Nima and Lucien Price.
Nima and Price have been teaming up regularly at NXT house shows and on NXT Level Up since August 2022, although Price was sidelined with an injury for a few months earlier this year.
While they have worked together before, this will be their first appearance on proper NXT television.
Both Nima (real name Edwin Grande) and Price (real name Nnamdi Oguayo) have backgrounds in football and were part of the March 2022 WWE recruitment class, which also included established names such as Roxanne Perez, Sol Ruca, Thea Hail, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo, Kiana James, Fallon Henley, and Hank Walker.
Fans can look forward to seeing the debut of Bronco Nima and Lucien Price as they bring their unique skills and backgrounds to the tag team division in NXT.
