Sammy Guevara is set to make his return to AEW on the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite on June 14.
AEW announced the news, ending Guevara’s absence from AEW television since his participation in the Four Pillars four-way match for the AEW World Title at AEW Double or Nothing.
During the match, Guevara competed against MJF, Darby Allin, and “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry, with MJF successfully retaining the title. Prior to the match, Guevara and his wife Tay Melo revealed that Tay was pregnant, which led to Guevara taking time off from in-ring action.
The current lineup for the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite also features a highly anticipated AEW World Championship Eliminator Match between MJF and Adam Cole.
Additionally, there will be a tag team match pitting Blackpool Combat Club against The Elite, and The Embassy taking on Orange Cassidy, Keith Lee, Darby Allin, and Sting.
The show will also feature title matches, including the AEW Women’s World Championship bout between Toni Storm and Skye Blue, and the TNT Championship match between Wardlow and Jake Hager.
Fans can catch all the action and Sammy Guevara’s return on AEW Dynamite, with live coverage provided by Ringside News starting at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday.
