Ryback is undoubtedly one of the more controversial names in pro wrestling right now, largely due to his outspoken nature following his WWE exit in 2016. Ryback is an expert at making headlines for various reasons and now it appears he claimed that he can help increase AEW’s ratings and beat WWE.

Ryback has managed to ruin his reputation and become a joke for many fans and pro wrestlers due to his incessant attacks on WWE and pro wrestlers in general. This led to him getting into spat with Booker T, but nothing came out of it.

As previously reported, Ryback announced that he is set to return to the ring after long hiatus. Due to this, Ryback previously called out Goldberg for a retirement match. He ended up calling out Goldberg again after that.

Ryback took to Twitter and commented on a video of Eric Bischoff criticizing AEW and Tony Khan. Ryback replied to the video and claimed that he can help increase AEW’s ratings and beat WWE.

This is where you need to empower talents and encourage all to grow their social media as much as possible. Talents plug their appearances and the weekly shows and as they grow the show will grow over time. I can increase ratings alone if my social media is fixed from @wwe@VinceMcMahon illegal suppression of my accounts. They can be beating@wwe by this time next year routinely. #Hungry

Ryback also recently hinted at making his debut in AEW. AEW President Tony Khan also confirmed he has talked to Goldberg recently. It remains to be seen whether Ryback will actually make his way to AEW.

What’s your view on what Ryback said? Do you think he can help AEW beat WWE in ratings? Let us know in the comments!
