Charlotte Flair Couldn’t Care Less About Backlash After Getting Yet Another Title Shot

Charlotte Flair’s booking in WWE is always a controversial subject, largely due to the act that she is always involved in the main event scene and constantly wins titles, which fans believe should have gone to more deserving talents. The same happened after this week on Smackdown and it appears Flair responded to the backlash she got after receiving yet another title shot.

Charlotte Flair went on a hiatus from WWE television after WrestleMania 39 as she had to take care of some personal matters and also spend some quality time with her loved ones.

As seen on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Charlotte Flair made her shocking return during Asuka’s WWE Women’s Title presentation. She challenged Asuka for the title and was immediately given a title shot, which ended up angering fans.

The Queen took to Twitter and uploaded a video of Triple H’s classic promo, where he called out fans who always complained online about WWE’s booking and threatened to stop watching WWE. Flair made it clear that she could not care less about all the backlash.

In fact, Charlotte Flair believes fans should thank her after her return. It was announced that Asuka will defend her WWE Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair in three weeks on the final SmackDown before WWE Money in the Bank. We’ll have to see if Flair ends up beating Asuka for the title, as that would cause yet another outrage.
