Zoey Stark Didn’t Know She Was Drafted To WWE RAW Until It Happened

Zoey Stark was one of the mainstays of NXT television for a long time now. This is largely due to her excellent in-ring skills on a weekly basis. She was drafted to RAW after a lot of speculation, but it appears Stark had no idea about this until it happened.

The WWE Draft took place earlier this year and quite a few NXT talent were called up to the main roster. This included Zoey Stark, who was called up to Monday Night RAW and that was met with a lot of applause.

While speaking on After The Bell with Corey Graves, Zoey Stark talked about her WWE main roster call up. Stark revealed that her reaction was a genuine one as she had no idea about being drafted to RAW.

“What you saw was a genuine reaction. We didn’t know. We had no idea. So being able to sit there and actually seeing my name pop up on the screen, that’s something I’ve been working towards for 11 years, my whole wrestling career, 11 years. So finally being able to see that and start my RAW journey was very emotional for me.”

Zoey Stark is currently teaming up with Trish Stratus and feuding with Becky Lynch. With Stark and Lynch both set to compete in the Women’s Money In The Bank ladder match next month, we’ll have to see how the match will turn out.
