WWE is going through a lot of changes, with Endeavor merging WWE with UFC. The company had a corporate function yesterday for those in the company, and several WWE Superstars were there as well.
The year has seen numerous changes within WWE, and the momentum of transformation shows no signs of slowing down. From the return of Vince McMahon to the departure of Stephanie McMahon, the shifting landscape has given an opportunity for Vince’s increased involvement in creative decisions.
The acquisition of WWE by the Endeavor Group, with plans for a potential merger with UFC to forge a new entity, is also a huge deal within the company’s corporate structure. Their relocation to a new headquarters is also exciting for a number of employees.
Despite these changes, WWE’s corporate party still went on as scheduled. This get-together was recently held with the with several Superstars in attendance.
According to PW Insider, WWE hosted their annual company party in Stamford, CT, on Wednesday. That gave an opportunity for employees to come together and celebrate. Notably, Superstars such as Maxxine Dupri, Mace, Mansoor, Pretty Deadly, and Zelina Vega were among the attendees.
Pretty Deadly transitioned from NXT to the main roster as part of this year’s Draft, marking an important milestone in their careers. They made their SmackDown in-ring debut on May 19th, in a match against Ridge Holland and Butch of The Brawling Brutes. Obviously, the two are getting into the swing of things with WWE.
We will have to see what WWE does next for their employees. If must be exciting for this kind of event to go down, because you never know who will show up.
