WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley is considered a legend in the pro wrestling business. Mick Foley worked in other companies and competed against several top stars in the industry. He has performed in numerous roles in WWE and it appears Foley made an interesting claim about himself.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mick Foley has enthralled fans thanks to his numerous gimmicks over the years, whether it be Mankind, Cactus Jack or Dude Love. He has also helped put over numerous talent over the years.
Mick Foley has been a WWE Champion, a commissioner and even a general manager in WWE, which is why fans were used to seeing him excel in numerous roles. He also excelled in every gimmick given to him.
While speaking on his Foley Is Pod podcast, Mick Foley talked about how WWE handled his height and weight when he started out in the company. Foley claimed that he is the only WWE Superstar in history to be billed as shorter than his actual height.
“Well, I was a legit 6 feet 4 inches, right? But they usually just announced your weight. And I think at the time of my first match, I was 220. I think in the history of WWF, WWE, I’m the only guy to come in being billed as being shorter than he is
Mick Foley was also accused of concealing the pain from his injuries for years. Regardless, Mick Foley knew he simply couldn’t take the risk and that’s all that matters to him.
