Jake Roberts Plans on Marrying Ex-Wife Cheryl 24 Years After Divorce

WWE Hall of Famer Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts has been part of the AEW since 2020. Before that, Roberts established himself as a huge name in WWE. His cerebral style of promos struck fear into the hearts of his opponents. While his personal life was once in great peril, things are better now. Now it appears that Roberts plans on marrying his ex-wife Cheryl again, 24 years after their divorce.

Jake Roberts worked in WWE for many years and knows how Vince McMahon functions. Roberts even blasted Vince McMahon previously for humiliating people in WWE.

The WWE Hall Of Famer had a longstanding issue with substance abuse as well as alcohol, which sent him on a downward spiral. It greatly affected his personal life with his loved ones and he is still trying to repair them all.

As previously reported, Jake Roberts’ ex-wife Cheryl Roberts announced earlier this year that the two have reconciled. While speaking on The Wrestling Perspective podcast, Jake Roberts revealed that he plans on marrying his ex-wife Cheryl.

‘I’m trying to talk that woman into marrying me again. I think she’s gonna do it. I mean, that’s an amazing story. Twenty-four years we were separated. You know, divorced for 24 years. Now we’re hooking back up and it’s just a great story and a great life. I got a second chance to smell the roses and I’m taking advantage of it. I really am.”

Before their separation, Cheryl had appeared on WWE programming in 1988 as part of Jake Roberts’ feud with Ravishing Rick Rude. Regardless, this is great news and we can’t wait to see when the two will get married again.
