Jade Cargill’s AEW TBS Title loss was a big surprise for fans. After such an impressive streak, it seems that Cargill might take some time off from AEW at this point.

PW Insider noted that it is expected that Jade Cargill’s TBS Title loss at AEW Double or Nothing will start a hiatus from the company. It wasn’t noted how long she is expected to be gone.

The belief is Jade Cargill will be taking some time off. The title change with Kris Statlander’s return had been planned long in advance. Cargill is still signed with the company.

Jade Cargill rose to capture a huge spotlight in AEW. Odds are, WWE is very interested in getting their hands on her as well. It seems that AEW is going to do whatever they can to keep her happy.

Only time will tell if Jade Cargill returns to reclaim the TBS Championship. She carried that title forever, and defeated everyone in her way as well. Now, Kris Statlander will have a huge task of following one of the most impressive championship runs in modern women’s wrestling.
