CM Punk remains one of the biggest and most controversial names in the history of professional wrestling and that’s highly unlikely to change anytime soon. He is expected to make his return at AEW Collision’s debut episode and now it appears that Punk sent some bizarre support for the show.
The Straight Edge superstar has been absent since All Out last year and fans wondered if he would ever come back. It was then reported that The Second City Saint will be returning to AEW programming as the main attraction for their new show AEW Collision.
Things simply do not go smoothly when it comes to CM Punk, which was evident from his absence during AEW Collision’s announcement. This was because of a disagreement regarding the return of Ace Steel. Thankfully, the matter was eventually resolved and everything will be running smoothly.
CM Punk took to his Instagram story after the Double or Nothing pay-per-view, where he uploaded a Collision promo poster, which had various AEW stars tagged. That said, most of their faces were covered by different photos of Danhausen.
CM Punk’s whereabouts during AEW Double or Nothing was also revealed. Punk has already planted the seeds for his return as well. We will have to wait and see how Punk’s return will be received by fans on AEW Collision.
