After a two-year hiatus, former WWE Superstar Tyler Breeze is set to make his long-awaited return to the ring.
Prestige Wrestling recently announced that Breeze will be making his debut for the organization at Roseland 6 on September 1. While his opponent for the event has yet to be revealed, fans are eagerly anticipating the former WWE Superstar’s comeback.
Breeze’s last in-ring appearance occurred on the June 15, 2021 edition of WWE NXT, where he teamed up with former WWE Superstar Fandango to defeat Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci. Prior to that, Breeze had competed on the main roster, with one of his notable matches taking place on the October 15, 2018, edition of WWE Raw, where he faced off against Bobby Lashley. He also made appearances on the kickoff shows for Survivor Series in 2019 and WrestleMania 35.
Breeze was released from his contract on June 25, 2021, after his decade-long tenure with the promotion. Throughout his WWE career, Breeze achieved success by capturing the NXT Tag Team Championships.
Although he has been absent from the ring, Breeze has remained active in the wrestling community. He has been featured on Xavier Woods’ popular YouTube channel, “UpUpDownDown,” and made a backstage appearance at WrestleMania 39 alongside Woods and other members of the channel.
Breeze has also ventured into the realm of training, as he and AEW star Shawn Spears run their own wrestling school called Flatbacks.
