WWE Initiates Big Change On Their Focus For RAW & SmackDown Talent

WWE is always changing, and they need to adapt as well. This could cause them to change plans about who they want to push. The company can also alter their overall direction, which would affect a lot more than just one Superstar.

The 2023 WWE Draft just concluded, and fans saw a ton of names come up from NXT. It seems that the company is not going to stop there as they continue building their rosters to the future.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE is planning to shift their focus onto younger talent. This is said to be a “big internal focus” right now to freshen things up.

“There is a big internal focus right now to get younger aged talent on Raw and Smackdown right now.”

WWE has a lot of things going on within the company, and the 2023 WWE Draft is still shaking out. Obviously, we will start to see a lot of new stars get a spotlight, and the average age of those Superstars might just go down as well.

WWE can’t keep pushing the same Superstars forever. They eventually need to give younger talent a shot. It appears that is exactly what WWE will be doing in the months to come. So, fans should probably keep an eye on younger talent breaking through as well.
