Chris Jericho has accomplished a lot over the course of his pro wrestling career which has spanned over three decades. Jericho is known to be passionate about a lot of things outside of pro wrestling and that includes music. Now it appears that Jericho fired back at a hater who accused him of being racist.

The Ocho has been the vocalist for his own band Fozzy for a very long time now and the band continues to make tours whenever possible. After all, his theme song ‘Judas’ remains one of the most beloved songs in AEW.

Chris Jericho is a fan of old-school music, especially rock and heavy metal. The former AEW World Champion has even performed alongside AC/DC, among others. Vintage rock and roll is his true love and no one can question Jericho on that.

A hater took to Twitter and commented on a video of Chris Jericho, where he questioned why LL Cool J and Missy Elliott are in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, but not a band like Iron Maiden.

The hater used Chris Jericho’s remarks against him, insinuating that Jericho is racist. Le Champion instantly fired back at the hater, asking if he knew who Phil Lynott was. Jericho also told the hater to brush up on his history before making baseless accusations.

Ever heard of #PhilLynott, Sofa King? Maybe brush up on rock n roll history, before you make baseless accusations.

Chris Jericho also previously called out the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame for snubbing Iron Maiden. Regardless, Chris Jericho speaks sense and many fans also supported what he had to say and that’s all that matters.

What’s your take on what Chris Jericho said? Are you surprised Iron Maiden didn’t get inducted again? Sound off in the comments!
