WWE booked a big six-man tag team match for RAW this week. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will team with a mystery partner to take on Imperium, and the Undisputed Tag Team Champions’ partner might not be who was previously expected.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are set to defend their Undisputed Tag Team Titles at Night of Champions on May 27th. This week’s RAW will be the go-home episode before the Saudi Arabian event, so Kevin Owens and Solo Sikoa will get the champions after Imperium softens them up.

BWE dropped a pretty big bombshell behind his private Twitter account. He quote retweeted a tweet from WWE asking fans who will be Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn’s mystery partner this week. He didn’t say anything, but he included an explosion emoji.

Then BWE tweeted out a few minutes later to say, “As of draft 1. Its Shinsuke.” This is a big surprise, because it goes against the current thought that Drew McIntyre will be Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn’s mystery partner.

It was never confirmed that Drew McIntyre will be back this week on RAW. Dave Meltzer reported that McIntyre’s injury states is a go now, and he has clearance to make a return. At this time, Drew McIntyre is simply waiting on the right creative idea.

Drew McIntyre’s contract status with WWE is also an interesting subject. He reportedly hasn’t inked a new deal yet, but his contract expires at the end of this year. Only time will tell what happens in that situation.

We will have continued coverage of WWE RAW up to the show. For more updates, keep checking back with Ringside News.
