WWE Planning ‘Chef-Inspired’ Segment For SmackDown This Week

WWE is getting a few things going at the same time right now. Not only are they merging with the UFC, and that deal saw the introduction of TKG Group Holdings, but they also just called up a new crop of talent from NXT. Pretty Deadly are now on SmackDown, and they’re ready to go.

It seems that Pretty Deadly are going to get things going on the main roster with the same zeal they approached every segment they were in under the NXT brand. Triple H knows how much talent they have as well, so it doesn’t appear that they will receive anything close to a “Vince McMahon refresher” after their call-up.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Pretty Deadly are preparing for a very interesting segment this week. We’re not sure exactly what it will entail, but Kit Wilson and Elton Prince will have some sort of “chef-inspired” shenanigans.

Pretty Deadly are incredibly gifted in the ring, but they are also insanely entertaining in backstage segments. If WWE gives them a cooking show segment, it might be incredible. I could also infuriate Renee Paquette, who pitched a WWE cooking show for years.

This is a very interesting tidbit of information, and we can only guess what Kit Wilson and Elton Prince are going to get themselves into on the main roster. After all, they were an incredibly entertaining act on NXT.
