Bad Bunny is a multi-talented artist who became a major star in WWE, as his love for professional wrestling has made him an even bigger name than anyone could have imagined. His performance at WWE Backlash is one to be remembered and now it appears that Bad Bunny felt like he was going to die after the event.

Damian Priest and Bad Bunny squared off against each other in a San Juan Street Fight, that also served as the co-main event of the Backlash Premium Live Event. The Puerto Rican crowd lost their minds for anything the rapper did and then some.

The match featured a lot of brutal weapon spots, as Bad Bunny took a series of very nasty bumps throughout the match. In the end, Benito came out on top after hitting a destroyer.

While speaking with Zane Lowe on New Music Daily, Bad Bunny talked about his match with Damian Priest. The ultra popular rapper admitted that the match took its toll on his body and that Bunny felt like he was going to die after the match.

“Wow, that was insane. That was really crazy, the people, the energy was another level. What happened that night, I’m never going to forget it. I remember, I said before the WrestleMania fight that day was one of my favorite moments of my life, but the Backlash fight in Puerto Rico was another level. It was really one of the biggest and best moments of my life, I really enjoyed that fight.

I suffered. Yeah, I got hurt. I got hurt. My back, my back. My whole body, bro. My whole body. I felt that I was going to die after that match. I really thought that I was going to die after the match, but it’s part of it. I was prepared then, and now I’m going to drop a song. I know. I’m a crazy guy. I love it. I love it, and that’s what matters.”

This all tracks as Bad Bunny even showed off some nasty wounds following the match. Bunny was even compared to Michael Jackson and Beyonce after WWE Backlash. Bad Bunny is also likely to make his WWE return at SummerSlam this year. We’ll have to see how WWE will book him once he returns.
