Roman Reigns has established himself as one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time. The Tribal Chief has dominated the competition since his return back in 2020. Reigns is truly infallible at this rate and will continue to break records. Now it appears that some want him to surpass even Hulk Hogan’s championship reign.
The Tribal Chief defended the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 39 Sunday. He would go on to defeat The American Nightmare and crush the dreams of many fans.
Reigns’ title run sees no end and as previously reported, Roman Reigns is more than a month away from tying Pedro Morales’ record of 1027 days as the world champion. That doesn’t seem to be the end of it either.
Roman Reigns is days away from hitting 1000 days as the WWE Universal Champion. While speaking on the latest episode of the Busted Open Radio, Tommy Dreamer stated that Reigns should hold the championship long enough to cross Hulk Hogan’s legendary 1474-day reign.
”I’d definitely like to see Roman Reigns cross Hulk Hogan’s record by holding onto his championship until well after Wrestlemania 40.”
Roman Reigns will also be competing at WWE Money In The Bank. It remains to be seen whether The Tribal Chief will be able to surpass Hulk Hogan’s championship reign in the end.
