D-Von Dudley Not Interested In Making WWE Return

WWE Hall Of Famer D-Von Dudley is a veteran in the world of pro wrestling and has competed in several promotions during his career. He has especially made a name for himself in WWE but he doesn’t mean really wants to return to the company.

WWE is known to use numerous legends for on-screen appearances or other ways after they have long since retired from the squared circle. WWE hired D-Von as a backstage producer after his Hall Of Fame induction back in 2016.

Fans were simply shocked when D-Von Dudley resigned from Vince McMahon’s company earlier this year. This came after he reportedly wasn’t allowed to attend an ECW Reunion show, and Triple H allegedly threatened to fire Dudley if he did the event.

While speaking with Chris Van Vliet in a recent interview, D-Von Dudley explained his decision to leave WWE. That said, the WWE Hall Of Famer made it clear he has no interest in making his return to WWE.

“I don’t have any ill feelings, but I’m done. I think I think I’m finished. I’m not gonna say never. Because in this business, you never say never. I do know that. But at the same token, the way I feel right now, there’s no reason for me to go back. There’s nothing there for me anymore. Everybody who I came up in the business with talent-wise is pretty much almost gone. But, you know, again, that shouldn’t matter because you’re not there for friends. They have to make money and to have a job.

Vince [McMahon], I think Triple H, Stephanie, and the whole McMahon family for allowing me to come in there. And to do what I did, I have no hard feelings. I have none whatsoever. We agreed to disagree towards the end. And that was when I knew that it was time to leave.”

D-Von Dudley already denied having heat with Triple H. We will have to wait and see what the future holds for D-Von Dudley, as a WWE return is certainly no longer in his near future.
