John Cena Admits Roman Reigns is the Greatest of All Time

In a recent interview with Busted Open Radio, Cena expressed his belief that Roman Reigns’ reign as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion solidifies his claim as the greatest of all time.

“For me, personally, I think Roman Reigns has to be considered strongly [as the greatest of all time],” Cena stated.

Cena highlighted Reigns’ accomplishments with the championship and his exceptional performance as key factors in earning this distinction. According to Cena, Reigns has redefined the way wrestling is done.

“He’s done it in such a selective way, as an essentially selective performer. He’s redefined how you do it,” Cena explained.

Drawing comparisons between Reigns and legendary wrestler Ric Flair, Cena acknowledged Reigns’ ability to make himself exclusive while also elevating others.

“The difference between him and Ric is that Ric was always there, and that’s brilliant,” Cena commented. “I love that Roman did it his own way by crafting his own personality, by redefining what it means to be at the top of the hierarchy.”

Cena further praised Reigns for his selective presence, emphasizing how he has brought along other wrestlers, particularly the Bloodline faction.

“He is there selectively, he has made himself exclusive, and in doing so, he’s brought like eight people with him. He’s allowed the whole Bloodline to get over,” Cena added.
