Sean Sapp noted a few spoilers behind Fightful’s paywall. One of those notes included a mention that the World Heavyweight Championship will continue to take a place at ringside this week as the tournament hype continues.
With the finals of the World Heavyweight Title Tournament set, WWE had planned to continue featuring the new belt ringside as in previous weeks.
It was also noted that, “the last we heard, WWE hadn’t brought in a ton of extras for tonight like had been commonplace over the past couple of months.” This is a change from the past few weeks, especially with Brock Lesnar segments requiring a ton of security.
The report also stated that, “Dolph Ziggler, who is listed as a free agent by WWE, is in town doing a company related meet and greet ahead of Raw.” This is no guarantee that the Show-Off will be on RAW this week, but he is certainly in town.
WWE Superstars are also receiving more freedom with their televised promos. We will have to see how that works out for the company, and who receives that green light to flex their creative muscle more often.
