Roman Reigns has established himself as one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time. The Tribal Chief has dominated the competition since his return back in 2020. He shows no signs of stopping anytime soon, much to the dismay of many fans. Now it appears that Reigns is closing in on breaking a major record once again.

The Tribal Chief defended the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 39 Sunday. He would go on to defeat The American Nightmare and crush the dreams of many fans.

Reigns’ title run sees no end and it appears that he is only 43 days away from tying Pedro Morales’ record of 1027 days as the world champion, as Roman Reigns stands at 984 days as the WWE Universal Champion.

The Tribal Chief would be the first star to break the record in 36 years. Hulk Hogan last broke the amazing record in October 1987. Hogan won the title on the WWF on the MSG Network show on January 23, 1984. He broke Pedro Morales’ record in 1987 and lost the title in 1988 to Andre the Giant.
