New World Heavyweight Champion To Receive Special Invitation On WWE SmackDown

WWE has a lot of plans in the pipeline, and this week’s SmackDown will build nicely toward Night of Champions. By the end of the night, we should know which two Superstars will compete in Saudi Arabia for the new World Heavyweight Championship. That being said, the new champion already has an invitation on the table.

Grayson Waller was picked by SmackDown in the 2023 WWE Draft during the supplemental choices after RAW. He is set to make his debut on the blue brand this week, and it will apparently have a lot to say, as usual.

Boozer666, who usually nails backstage reports and breaking news stories, tweeted out to give a little spoiler about SmackDown this week. Grayson Waller will be on the show with an interesting invitation for the new champion in WWE.

WWE will crown a new World Heavyweight Champion at Night of Champions on May 27. It appears that new champion already has an invitation to appear on the Grayson Waller Effect.

This is interesting, because Grayson Waller wants the new champion on RAW to show up on SmackDown for his talk show. We’ll have to see how this turns out, but the idea of a brand split is already not really working out as far as we can tell.
